On the 8th of June, 2016 in Göttingen (Germany) was launched an International Conference on Electronic Publishing (ELPUB2016). In the conference which reaches its 20th anniversary are discussed changes in e-publishing as well as tendencies of changes in various countries.In ELPUB participates scholars, publishers, librarians, entrepreneurs and all other stakeholders interested in issues regarding electronic publishing.Before the conference on the 7-8 of June OpenAIRE2020 project meetings were organized. In the meetings subject of attention was Open peer review topic.
